MATERIALS:

Sport weight cotton (designer used Southmaid Cotton 8)
17 pony beads in color to compliment yarn
Size F hook
Large ponytail elastic

DIRECTIONS:

Rnd 1: Thread beads onto yarn. Make 34 sc around elastic. Join with sl st to first sc.

Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in same st. *Ch 5, pull up bead, sl st around bead. Skip next two

chs, sl st in next ch. Ch 2, sc in next two sc's. Repeat from * around ending with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.
