Designer's Notes: This Pattern requires no crocheting

MATERIALS:
Any kind of shaggy, or interesting yarn
Elastic-covered ponytail holder - large or small

DIRECTIONS:

(1) Cut 8"- 9" lengths of yarn; start with 50 or so, then cut more as you need them.

(2) Group 4 -10 strands of yarn into a bundle and tie in a lark's head knot over the elastic ring.

(3) Continue knotting bundles of yarn over elastic ring until ring is covered but not stretched. Use 12-18 bundles depending on type of yarn. Trim ends.

You can also ad bits of ribbon, strings of beads, strips of fabric to add interesting texture, don't be afraid to experiment with color combinations or other variety of materials. Have fun.

NOTE: This is an original design by Glennie and is posted at the CP Pattern Library with permission.
