• Recommended for the gorgeous afghans, but instructions need some help for those of us who are new to MaM

To be honest, I had never tried a Mile-a-Minute pattern before, so I thought I would give it a whirl.

Right off the bat, the afghan I decided to try was pictured next to the instructions for another one. Many companies do this, but since it was my first try, I needed to keep flipping back and forth to make sure it was okay.

I did have some problems with the instructions for the incredibly gorgeous Peaceful Reflection, (#7 ) but my sample did turn out to be the right size.

The majority of the afghans in this booklet are irresistible, but if you are new to the MaM style, you may need close ups to make sure that you are doing it how it should be done. Most of the pictures show very little detail, something necessary if it is your first time doing something.
