I made this purse, using DMC's Brilliant Cotton. It's a looser twist than Cebelia thread, making the purse especially soft and flexible.

Since I didn't want this purse to stretch out of shape, I sewed some heavy aida cloth to the bottom.

You can't tell from the photo, but when the purse is upright it sports a ring of looped dangles around the bottom rim. In the center is a long straight dangle made up of red, blue, and bronze colored Czech glass beads. A triangular shaped design, crocheted with red beads, dresses up the sides of the purse.

You can probably see the blue beads towards the top of the purse. They were also crocheted into the work. I used a combination of hdc and grit stitches throughout.
